Maxim MAX14972 5Gbps USB 3.0 Redrivers save power, increase design flexibility, and support the latest SuperSpeed USB interface. MAX14972 Single-Lane Redrivers reduce deterministic jitter and restore signal loss caused by circuit-board or signal cable losses by redriving, equalizing, and reconditioning the signals both in transmit and receive paths to and from the chipset. Maxim MAX14972 USB 3.0 Redrivers are designed for use in notebook computers, desktops, and servers/storage/workstations. These Maxim devices operate from a range of 0 to 70ºC and come in a RoHS compliant, 24-pin TQFN package.
